12/29/2019 0 Comments Wellness Tip: Spend Time AloneYour personal wellness depends on taking care of stress and emotional health. (The seven pillars of health also include proper foods, water, sleep, vitamins, detoxification, and exercise.) Are you spending enough time alone contemplating, praying, meditating, journal/blog writing, and dreaming about the future? Go into a quiet room with no one around. Turn off the sounds, lights, maybe light a candle or scented candle. Write below what your experience was! I think I (Nate) am an even mix of introvert and extrovert. I love to spend time alone and I love to spend time with others. I cannot think of which is more important to me. How about you?
I came across a great article on a LinkedIn post recently from Daniel Goleman, from Inc.com. In the article... Continue reading on my personal blog page, after you get started.

12/21/2019 0 Comments My Own ExperienceHi, I'm Nate, the president of the Wellow Shopping Club. I'm a husband, father, entreprenuer. I love to develop others to be the best individual they can be. My wife and I have been married for almost 20 years, and we have four children, all of whom attend Findlay City Schools. I'd like to share a bit of my background with my club here. I started this shopping club to share some exciting things with the people that I care about and the new friends that I make. I'm very passionate about the company that i can partner with and share their products.
I originally enrolled as a preferred customer with this wellness company back in 1999. I was 19 years old that summer, home in Indiana from college. My neighbors helped me get started and I immediately enrolled over a dozen other people. I was excited to be a part of (what I still believe is) the best wellness company in the world and I had a senior director who was pretty closeby too. But I soon experienced major life changes. Within a few months I got married, moved back to college in Illinois for my senior year, then moved to grad school in Kansas City, MO, and started having children by 2002. Trying to get myself established in a new city, with new jobs, at a new school, all meant that my marketing business was over. And this was well before smartphones, high-speed internet, or any social media sites ever existed. But I remained a loyal customer each month. Four years later, we moved back to Indiana to start a new career. In 2009, after being with the company for 10 years, we unenrolled from preferred status due to tremendous household budget cuts. I was extremely sad to go but I kept using some of the products. Now, 10 years later, at age 40, having been in the state of Ohio for over 7 years, I'm more motivated than ever to start from scratch and do it the right way. The company has grown and developed tremendously. I know something has to change for me too. Over the last several years, I've gotten a bit out of shape in health, in finances, and in other ways. I'm not exactly where I want to be. And I'm now determined to do something about it. If you're in a similar situation where you want to grow in personal areas, then I invite you to join me too. We definitely can do it together. To learn more about me, submit your info on our contact page, and you can receive access to my full personal website/blog page. 12/17/2019 0 Comments Join a Conference CallPlease voicemail us with an RSVP and we will work out the best time, usually on a Tuesday or Thursday evening.
